What is the venue's capacity?
120 guests seated with room for a dance floor and 150 guests cocktail style.
What is the minimum spend on food and beverage?
Our minimum spend before staffing, rentals, service charge and taxes is $5,000. We do have some flexibility depending on the day of the week/season so please reach out to the Venue Manager to discuss directly.
Is there parking onsite?
Yes! We have ample parking available directly onsite. Please note, the parking spaces are in a shared lot and are first come first serve, so we encourage guests to carpool, take TTC or arrive by Uber/Cab.
Where are you located?
We are located just behind the stockyards on Symes Rd. The nearest major intersection is Keele and St Clair.
Am I able to bring in an outside caterer?
While we are flexible on vendors for florals, decor, entertainment, etc., we do not allow outside catering. TOBEN Food by Design offers our clients the best catering in the city and we are thrilled to have their state of the art kitchen onsite.
Is outside alcohol permitted at events?
GRACE offers a number of beverage packages for guests to select from, however, clients are welcome to bring in their own beverage by obtaining a Special Occasions permit. A corkage fee will be applied for outside beverages.
Are pets allowed in the venue?
We love our furry friends but unfortunately, pets aren't allowed inside of Grace Venue. If you wish to take photos with your pet on your special day, you are more than welcome to use the space outside and around Grace to capture these moments.
